D is for … Dandelion.
I’ve seen some beautiful macro photos of dandelions, so wanted to try it myself.
These are taken with my iphone and olloclip lense.
I’m delighted with the results so linking this to Claudette’s weekly series Emotography
It’s also a perfect contender for Jude’s Garden Series challenge. This month she asks us to get a little closer.
You know, Ruth. This reminds me of the delight of being so close to nature when I was a child … seeing dandelion “clocks” as wonderful. Lovely close-ups

They really are quite beautiful and a field full of dandelions in the sunshine is a sight to see. Too bad the plant itself is an ugly blight

Stunning Ruth, but what is an “olloclip lens”?

Thanks Pauline. It’s a 4 way lens that clips onto an iPhone. 2 zoom lens, a wide angle and a fish eye. I can’t put a pic of it here, but google it. I’ve had lots of fun with my one.

Beautiful images, Ruth. The child in me wants to take a deep breath and give them a huge blow. 😀

The olloclip lens gets some great macro photos on the iPhone. I’ve been very happy that I invested in one.
