Thanks Lena. I hadn’t actually planned to include him, he just sort of jumped in at the last minute while I was looking for a different photo in archives.

The building in London is known as the OXO Tower. Do you have oxo cubes to use as a gravy base?

Yes we do. Is that actually a company name?

Yes, OXO is a company. I think the building was owned by OXO for time. It now houses some nice design shops and has restaurant at the top.
