I’m very fortunate. My mornings start with this view. Our lounge and balcony overlook the River Derwent estuary.
At this time of year, sunrise is just after 7am. This photo was taken two days ago.
It is a delightful way to start my morning, even on days like this.
My weekday mornings now include an alarm clock, a mug of tea and some toast.
What magnificent, ever changing water and sky views you have Ruth. Very fortunate indeed. 🙂

Magnificent indeed. It’s a rental apartment so not sure if I’ll ever have such a wonderful view again.

I love your view! Waking up to that view would be inspiration to SET the alarm clock.

Thanks Desley. I’ll certainly miss the view when our rental agreement runs out.
