The iPhone is 10 years old today.
How much has its technology changed your life? It wasn’t the first smart phone but it paved the way.
We take this pocket size computer for granted. A camera, a clock, calendar, access to the internet, emails, messages, instant worldwide news, a global encyclopaedia, maps and street atlas, face to face real time conversations across the world, music and much more.
A lot has changed since phones looked like this, with the familiar dial 🙂
You wouldn’t even think they both called people.

It is incredible looking at the difference! I can hardly remember a time when you had to stand or sit where the phone was plugged in! What a pain that was!

It amazes me when I stop to think about it – but most of the time I just take it for granted!

I think we all do, Anabel. I feel old when I see things I remember in a museum!

I find it funny that the stuff I used growing up–that had a real use–wristwatches and rotary dial phones–are now used as decorative “cool” items by the younger gen:).
