I had a Bunnykins plate, bowl, cup and saucer and egg cup, when I was a baby.
Our daughter had some of the items which had survived. We added to the set, a money box, a different bowl.
Now our grandson has the collection, plus a new mug.
I posted one of these pictures in my Photo a Day group and someone asked if the plate had the controversial trademark image?….. Oh!…… yes they all do, except the mug purchased this year.
These round items fit this weeks photo challenge Rounded
I love the Bunnykins sets. They tell such a story of a time gone by. Our granddaughter will only have one cup inherited from her mother. Perhaps a time to catch up some of the other pieces.

That is a rather controversial trademark, but rather appropriate for the rabbit image…..

I remember those from childhood too! I don’t remember the trademark though, that’s a revelation.

Aren’t they gorgeous? My eldest son had a plate, bowl and mug which I handed over to him when he had a baby, not sure if they are still going though. And I never knew about the trademark either.

That trademark seems to have been a well kept secret.

Add me to the list of people who didn’t know about the trademark. I think it’s a little sad to lose a bit of whimsy like this. Don’t your older pieces feel just a wee bit more special now?
