I discovered these murals during a lunch time walk. There are no trains in southern Tasmania, but old tracks remain, partly converted into cycle and walking paths. I like the train and bike themes for the murals.
I love to see murals in public places, and especially when they are telling a story. I hope they remain untouched by graffiti …nice lines with the railway tracks.
Thanks Ruth. I miss trains. I spent several decades commuting to work, so enjoy to visit to other cities with train networks, especially Sydney with double decker carriages.
I love art like this. Adds such life to an area.

Thanks Gerrie. Hobart is rather lucky with its murals and lack of graffiti.
