We’ve been using resources from “action for happiness” at work for a few months. Useful ideas focused on topics such as joy, mindfulness, friendliness, happiness, optimism.
This week they published this “Coping Calendar” with ideas to look after ourselves and each other as we face this global crisis. Please share.
This is such a positive set of actions. Really needed now. Thanks Ruth for sharing them

What scary times we are in now
I called work yesterday and said I am not coming in for the forseeable future, happy to work from home. They have only bought a few laptops and have installed their systems but are still testing them, CRAP.
They are not following govt advice and we are not essential so should close. I wish I knew who I could shop them to. They said they have bought glove and wipes !! crazy the desks are groped in 4’s and they have people sitting diagonally so only about 3feet apart, the rest room is tiny so one person only and when using copier you are only 2 feet from sink and in pathway to toilets and people making hot drinks
Will you still be able to fly to Sydney when baby arrives?
Crazy pictures of people on the tubes as if nothing was wrong. Still seems quite a bit of traffic about but less people walking around now.
Deep cleaned the kitchen yesterday and cleared out 3 boxes for charity shops, they are all closed now so might freecycle
Beautiful weather today hottest day of the year so far, shame all parks closed but worked in garden as might have snow by end of the week !
Take Care and stay safe
Love
Gabrielle
