Whilst walking on our local Howrah Beach recently, I noticed this star fish. There had been some significant erosion after strong high tides.

I thought this was very warm snow, perhaps seen at night, when I first saw the picture small in the Reader, and had a double take when I opened the post and saw the sand and the starfish. 🙂
