Here are photos from winter day walks at the beach, in a few different collages. I’ve been experimenting with collage creation in “Lightroom”, a phone app called “Pic Jointer” and “Wordpress”.
Something unusual is happening on our East Coast beaches.
As we walked on to the white sand, we noticed hundreds of fish amongst the remnants of seaweed.
Locals advised that these little leatherjacket fish have been carried south by the currents but the water here is too cold for them. Hence this phenomenon on beaches all along the coast.
After a week of night shifts for Aussie Mate and a week in an office without windows for me, we both needed to get out today.
Outdoors. Out in nature. Fresh air and natural light, even on a cloudy day.
We chose a walk on an ocean beach, a barefoot walk on the sand. A perfect way to relax for us and a few others.
The magic of light, as seen last night on the beach, at the end of a local art festival.
Dark clothed performers with coloured light sabres, balls on ropes, a hoop and a net.
Then they performed with naked flames. In some of these photos you can see fireman on standby in the crowd.
